We're looking for a proactive & creative individual to help maintain and improve our website, manage social media & provide excellent customer support.
Responsibilities:
Update website content and promotions
Prepare newsletters via Mailchimp
Create banners, promotional materials, and product photography
Process online orders & support customers by email, chat, and phone
Assist in-store / back office preparing / packing orders & manage stock
Ideal Candidate:
Interest or experience in digital marketing
Comfortable with website management, social media, and photography
Creative, organized, & adaptable
This role offers hands-on experience across e-commerce, digital marketing & retail. Peak season hours may increase, and there's potential for a permanent role for the right candidate. This position cannot be performed remotely.
