The Role



Iberica Food is a fast-growing importer and distributor of authentic Spanish and Mediterranean food in the UK. We work with over 50 family-run suppliers and sell through wholesale, retail, and online channels.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager, specialising in PPC, third-party marketplaces, website optimisation, newsletters, and social media content. This is a hands-on role responsible for driving profitable online sales, building our digital presence, and ensuring our marketing spend delivers measurable ROI.

The successful candidate will play a key role in growing our e-commerce and marketplace sales, while supporting brand visibility across digital platforms. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, data-driven optimisation, and creative content management.

You will report directly to the Director and provide regular performance updates to the management team.

Key Responsibilities



E-Commerce & Website

Manage and optimise the online shop. Ensure accurate and appealing product listings, pricing, and seasonal campaigns. Conduct SEO and CRO improvements to increase traffic and conversion rates. Track and report website analytics, recommending improvements to boost sales.
Marketplaces (Third-Party Platforms)

Manage product listings, promotions, and advertising campaigns on third-party marketplaces. Improve product visibility, conversion, and customer review ratings. Monitor KPIs (sales, returns, margins) and deliver actions to increase profitability.
PPC & Paid Media

Plan, launch, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Manage budgets with strict ROI/ROAS discipline, protecting profitability. Run A/B tests, refine keyword targeting, and lower CPA while maximising conversions.
Newsletters & Social Media Content

Plan, create, and distribute engaging newsletters to drive traffic and repeat sales. Develop and schedule social media content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Support promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches with creative assets.
Reporting & Budget Management

Produce monthly performance reports across website, marketplaces, PPC, and social media. Present clear insights and recommendations to the management team. Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.

About You



We're looking for someone ambitious, analytical, and hands-on. The ideal candidate will have:

Experience managing PPC campaigns (Google & Bing) and social media ads. Strong knowledge of SEO, CRO, and website performance optimisation. Experience with third-party marketplaces, and the ability to adapt quickly. Track record of delivering measurable ROI and managing marketing budgets. Experience creating newsletters and social media content. Strong reporting and analytical skills (Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar). A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced SME environment. Fluent English (Spanish is an advantage).
