Job Description

Our client is seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-driven PA & Office Administrator to join their team on an ongoing contract basis. In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative and personal assistant support to senior management, while ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office operations. You'll work closely with project teams, Directors, and site staff to support effective communication, coordination, and organisation across multiple luxury residential projects.

This position offers flexible hybrid working between the office, site, and home, depending on business needs. During the initial training and induction period, you must be available to attend the office full-time.

Our client is a specialist construction contractor delivering high-end luxury residential projects across some of London's most prestigious postcodes.

Key Responsibilities



Provide PA support to senior management, including diary management, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and preparing documentation Act as the main point of contact for internal and external enquiries, ensuring professional and timely communication Assist in the organisation of meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute key information Maintain smooth day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies, managing office logistics, and coordinating with site teams Support project teams by preparing and formatting reports, presentations, and project updates Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain organised digital and physical filing systems Support onboarding processes, including arranging interviews, collecting new starter documentation, and preparing induction materials Assist with organising company events, team activities, and internal communications Provide general administrative support across the wider team as required

Requirements



Proven experience as a PA, Office Administrator, or in a similar administrative support role Excellent organisational abilities and strong attention to detail Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while working across different locations Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience in the construction sector is beneficial but not essential Previous experience with Document Control & Procore Management Software would be benificial Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 38,000.00-42,000.00 per year
