Personal Assistant / Office Administrator - Independent Estate Agency, Finchley
I run a high performance independent estate agency in Finchley, North London, and I'm looking for a PA / Office Administrator to be my right hand and help keep the business running smoothly.
We're a close-knit team of five with a friendly, supportive atmosphere. This role is varied - you'll be directly supporting me as Director, as well as helping the team with day-to-day operations.
What you'll do
Manage my diary, meetings and admin.
Handle client calls, emails and office organisation.
Assist with property management (maintenance, contractors, compliance).
Support with bookkeeping and social media.
Keep the office running smoothly and pitch in where needed.
What we're looking for
Trustworthy, organised and reliable.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Confident with Microsoft Office and general IT.
Able to work independently and use initiative.
Property/estate agency experience is a plus, but not essential.
