Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and professional PA & HR Administrator to provide dedicated personal assistant support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), with ad hoc support to the wider Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Board. The role also includes key HR administrative duties, working closely with the HR Business Partner and HR Officer to ensure accurate and timely HR documentation and system updates. This is a key role requiring discretion, initiative, and the ability to manage a varied and fast-paced workload.

Key responsibilities for this role may include:

PA Support to CEO, SLT and Board:



Provide comprehensive diary management for the CEO, ensuring meetings, appointments, and commitments are scheduled efficiently and with foresight. Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings, agendas, minute-taking, and follow-up actions Coordinate UK-based travel and accommodation arrangements. Prepare and distribute board papers and leadership documents, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely circulation. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all communications, documentation, and scheduling. Act as a professional point of contact between CEO/SLT/Board and internal/external stakeholders. Provide ad hoc administrative support to SLT members as required.

HR Administrative Support:



Maintain and update the HR system with accurate employee data ensuring records are current and compliant. Administer HR documentation including offer letters, contracts, changes to terms, and other formal correspondence. Support recruitment administration, including security clearance, interview scheduling and onboarding. Assist with tracking training, absence, and performance review processes. Ensure all HR documentation is managed in line with data protection and confidentiality standards.

Education and Experience



Skills & Experience:



Proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leaders or board-level stakeholders. Familiarity with HR administrative processes and working within a team. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formatting, formulas, and data handling. Experience using Microsoft Word for mail merge and document preparation. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications:



CIPD Level 3 or working towards (desirable but not essential). Experience working in a dual-role environment (PA and HR support)
