PA to Commercial Director, Store and Pure Player Division
.
About the Job
Responsible for supporting the Commercial Director with a variety of PA and administrative duties, as well as coordinating internal events.
You will be providing executive and administrative support, including diary and inbox management, note taking, letter writing and expense processing. You'll work collaboratively with the Commercial Director on a variety of bespoke projects, contributing to the preparation of reports, presentations, and the collation of strategic information.
To effectively support the Commercial Director's priorities, you'll stay aligned with the company's vision and objectives, ensuring your work reflects and reinforces key business goals.
The role involves regular contact with Head Office departments, Global Groupe colleagues both UK based and International, external suppliers, trade partners, professional bodies and store groups.

Essential qualifications:
Substantial prior experience in a fast-paced PA role
Excellent communication and presentation skills across all forms - telephone, written and interpersonal
Outstanding relationship building skills at all levels, internally and externally and a real team player
Advanced level Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Self-starter with proactive approach to managing own and Director's work
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet tight deadlines
Preferred qualifications:
An understanding of the UK trade, retail and/or cosmetics landscape
