DGB Cleaning is a rapidly growing cleaning and facilities management company based in Watford, Hertfordshire, with an exciting future ahead.
The business is owned and operated by three company directors and employs approximately 20-30 staff across a range of projects and sectors.
We provide services in construction cleaning, residential block cleaning, schools, offices, and a variety of other commercial cleaning environments.
Due to our continuous growth, our CEO/Director requires day-to-day support across a wide range of administrative and operational tasks.
Your Responsibilities
Completing administrative tasks, including preparing quotations, contracts, and other documents, and sending them professionally.
Managing queries and requests from clients, cleaning operatives, and company directors.
Ordering products and materials and maintaining accurate stock records.
Visiting sites to carry out surveys, inspections, and to collect or deliver materials.
Attending meetings with directors and providing support as required.
Uploading receipts and financial records to Xero and Dext.
Preparing job specifications, coordinating recruitment--including inductions--assisting with interviews, booking training, and maintaining records.
Supporting marketing activities, such as posting on social media or planning campaigns (advantage but not essential).

Qualifications & Skills
Proven administrative experience, ideally in office management or PA roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Experience with Xero or similar accounting software (highly desirable).
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
Strong data-entry accuracy and fast typing ability.
Experience with filing, record keeping, and document preparation.
Exceptional communication and phone etiquette.
Ability to work independently and professionally.
Experience in a corporate or executive support environment is preferred
