We are seeking to appoint an experienced, highly motivated, enthusiastic
Personal assistant to our Senior Leadership Team

We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant who:
is an experienced PA or senior administrator;
has an excellent level of IT skills and experience of Microsoft applications, Internet, and MIS systems;
can work flexibly and prioritise workload;
Is organised able to multitask and thrive working in a busy environment;
has excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a range of different stakeholders, adults, and children alike;
is experienced at multiple diary management;
can offer assertive, sensitive, and supportive assistance to senior managers;
has precise attention to detail and confidentiality;
is committed to safeguarding.

Working Pattern: 37 Hours a week
8am - 4pm Mon-Thurs & 8 am to 3.30pm Friday
- flexibility can be considered.
Term Time only plus 5 Inset days
Location: Worthing
