Salary: 40,000 - 50,000
Immediate to start, this role is at least six months temporary
Hyrbid 4 days per week in the office based in the heart of Central London/West End
The Client:
My client is a prestigeous property company based in central London, they have a fantastic, supportive and firnedly environment. They are looking for a PA to support a senior Manager and her team of 3-4. this is an ongoing temporary role of at least six months. This role features heavy diary management and UK travel arrangements, as well as being involved in events from small to large, for both internal and external clients.
The client requires you to work out of their London office four days per week.
The Role:
- Managing an email inbox and answering any incoming calls
- Heavy and complex diary management
- Arranging travel across the UK
- Managing expenses
- Supporting the team with administrative duties
To apply for this role, you must have previous PA/EA experience supporting at a senior manager level. Ideally you will come from and property background although they are open to all professional services industries. You will be client facing, hardworking, proactive, and able to support a team and think of your feet.
