Property Sales Associate

Full time (permanent) role.

Fully remote role with quarterly team days fully expensed in central London.

25,000 per annum plus performance related bonus

Working from Home

There may be room for progression in the future for the right candidate.

Skills and Experience Required:

Experience of working for an Estate Agents is essential

Experience within Property Industry essential - understanding the conveyancing life cycle would be a huge bonus.

Evidence of remote working preferred

Experience of working with Gmail and GDrive preferred

Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate with the general public, solicitors, clients and lenders

Be extremely organised and work well in a team

Able to multitask and keep to deadlines

Experience in delivering compassionate, solution-oriented service to clients dealing with challenging issues.

Day to Day snapshot

The role is to help the Property Associates, Manager and Sales Director to progress all sales and leads. Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to, helping them processing clients from on-boarding to completion. This will include dealing with client inquiries, so managing incoming calls; taking detailed notes and passing this on to the right team member. Calling lenders for updates. Liaising with solicitors to progress conveyancing. Sending out Engagement Letters and keeping the CRM up to date on a daily basis ensuring effective communication to team members.
