The PAAF Manager is responsible for the control and monitoring of PAAF registers across the various Bilfinger projects, ensuring that the PAAF Champions in each Project team work in accordance to the works information and the contractual mechanism. The PAAF Resourcing Manager will be responsible for auditing the PAAF's in each register to ensure they demonstrate SQEP and any other related requirements. They will work with the Payments Manager to routinely investigation via CEMAR, any PAAF approvals or disallowed, then collaborate with the Project PM & PAAF champion to resolve issues and ensure that resourcing planning is not at risk as a result of PAAF approvals / delays. The PAAF Manager will be responsible for ensuring each project team has a auditable process in place for maintaining the PAAF registers and associated documentation. The PAAF Manager will be responsible for reporting, forecasting, communicating and influencing at all levels in order to deliver an integrated approach to the management of the PAAF approvals to support resource planning across the project.



DUTIES
Ensure that the control of PAAF documentation is carried out in line with the works information procedures (HPC-NNBGEN-XX-000-COD-104137) with regard to


logging, copy and distribution, storage (electronic or hard copy), document transmittals, revision control and maintaining the central PAAF register on behalf of BPT

UK ltd and the other Bilfinger LE;
Liaison with project management, discipline & functional management team and LE to ensure that all payment approval conditions are met and future client audits


have appropriate supporting evidence of compliance to the PAAF procedure;
Ensure the centralised PAAF register is linked to any / all Project organograms and has corresponding job descriptions for on-boarding and off-boarding of personal


for each task order;
Manage the annual PAAF renewal process which includes maintaining the sequence of forms and any amendments in the same or original number with any alpha


revisions as part of the change control process;
Assist the Project Team(s) as and when required with any change controls for the PAAF register and process;

Liaise with the relevant Commercial Lead on each Project to ensure rates provided are in line with the Works Information and include all the details such as


expenses and base income, to meet any future client audits;
Ensure all templates used for PAAF forms, conform to the works information procedure ref. above & Bilfinger Quality Management system;

Provide weekly & monthly reporting on the status of PAAF forms and resourcing numbers for PM's and Senior Leaders on the HPC project, identifying risk and


opportunities for improvement;
Undertake any ad hoc duties as directed by the Project Management Office to assist with the smooth running of the PAAF process and any other reporting function
