Job Description
Summary
As a Packer in the food industry, you will be essential in ensuring the efficient handling and packaging of products. Reporting to the Despatch Supervisor, your core skills in warehouse experience and picking & packing will be vital for maintaining productivity. You will utilize premium skills such as materials handling and familiarity with warehouse management systems to streamline operations. Additionally, your relevant skills in quality control and heavy lifting will ensure that all products meet safety and quality standards. Join our team to contribute to delivering high-quality food products to our customers.
To carry out the verification of product identification labels in line with Company procedure, customer specifications and Food Safety requirements.
To carry out the verification of the finished product metal detection process in line with Company procedure, customer specifications and Food Safety requirements
To carry out the loading of vehicles of finished goods, including the completion of chilled product despatch records.
Previous experience within the Food Industry.
Previous experience using a flow wrapper would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given.
Sunday 07:00-14:30 Monday-Thursday 13:00-21:30
