About the Job:

As a WS Packer you will be an integral part of our Fulfilment Section. Your primary responsibility will be picking, packing and dispatching our eCommerce orders. The ideal candidate will have keen attention to detail, have a customer first mindset and be a creative problem solver.

About the Team

You'll be working as part of the Distribution Centre (DC) Team. The DC Team is comprised of 10 people, split into 2 sections, Fulfilment & Warehousing. Each section is led by a Co-ordinator, as a packer you'll primarily report to your section Co-ordinator, but also to the DC Manager.

Key responsibilities

Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently

Handle materials and products with care to prevent damage

Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively

Utilise warehouse management systems to track inventory and maintain accurate records

Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed

Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve any issues with packing equipment

Stock shelves and organise inventory in the warehouse

Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as required

Experience and Qualifications

High school Diploma or equivalent

Experience in a warehouse setting

Experience working with clothing, either in a warehouse or in retail - folding etc.

Familiarity with ShipStation or Magento 2 or RMIS is highly desirable.

Excellent organisational skills

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Problem solving skills

Attention to detail

UK driving licence held for 3+ years is desirable.
