Purpose of the role

In our skilled Butchery department, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our successful and growing team.

The job will entail packing and labelling various meat products for our customer orders. Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate and full training will be given.

The right candidate will need to have good attention to detail, excellent organisation and communication skills and an uplifting, positive attitude.

Working with experienced skilled butchers, alongside training apprentices, there is a collective responsibility to maintain a safe, compliant and high functioning department, maintaining good contact with the wider business to appropriately stock the business and fulfil orders.

Skilled butchery is a key component of our business, and the right person will be a fundamental part of the businesses continuing success.
