Packing Supervisor
to join our team. You willplan, organise, and oversee the packing process
, managing raw materials, ingredients, and packaging to ensure production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate packing staff to meet production targets. Oversee line machinery and ensure correct setup for smooth production runs. Maintain
safety, hygiene, and quality standards
at all times. Monitor staff attendance, training, and performance, including agency/part-time staff. Ensure accurate records of production, staff registers, and quality control checks. Ensure all materials and finished products are cleared and stored correctly at shift end. Collaborate with Engineering and Management teams to minimise waste and equipment downtime. Develop staff to maximise individual and team potential, improving efficiency, communication, and ownership of processes. Communicate company policies and operational updates to staff. MaintainGMP housekeeping standards
throughout the production area.Desirable Criteria / Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
3 years' supervisory experience
in a manufacturing or packing environment. Knowledge of theBradman Pack Sealer
. Experience inretail and food service packing
. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Committed tosafety, quality, and hygiene standards
