The Opportunity

We're looking for a

Packing Supervisor

to join our growing team at our Corby factory.
In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee all aspects of the packing area -- ensuring that quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met every day. You'll lead and motivate a talented team, manage daily production schedules, and ensure every juice that leaves our factory meets our high standards of excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead, train, and motivate packing teams to deliver top-quality products safely and efficiently. Oversee daily operations to meet customer delivery targets and maintain service levels. Ensure compliance with all

Health & Safety

Food Safety

, and

Quality Control

standards. Work collaboratively with

Logistics

,

Production

,

Procurement

, and

Engineering

teams to keep everything running smoothly. Track KPIs, downtime, and output performance -- identifying opportunities for improvement. Support cost control initiatives by reducing waste, monitoring stock, and driving process efficiency. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across your team.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience supervising operations in a food manufacturing or similar environment. Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and commitment to maintaining high standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems (experience with Odoo is a bonus!). Familiarity with

lean manufacturing

and

continuous improvement

principles.
