Original Wild is seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and professional individuals with a passion for the outdoors to join our team as Outdoor Activity Instructors. Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality outdoor experiences, such as paddleboarding, and team-building activities, ensuring customer safety and enjoyment. Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming participants and tailoring activities to suit their needs and abilities. Set up, maintain, and safely store equipment, conducting regular checks to ensure compliance with safety standards. Lead groups confidently, adapting to changing weather, group dynamics, or activity requirements. Promote environmental awareness and encourage sustainable outdoor practices. Assist with planning and preparation for events, activities, and group bookings. Represent Original Wild in a professional and friendly manner, acting as an ambassador for our brand.

Skills & Qualifications:

Paddlesport Instructor (or higher) Qualification. First Aid certification (or willingness to train). A passion for outdoor pursuits and the natural environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people. Confidence in leading activities and managing group safety. Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to changing situations and schedules. Experience in customer service or outdoor activity delivery is a bonus.
