As a true ambassador for the sport, you'll elevate the padel offering at Gleneagles, delivering memorable experiences that reflect the elegance, warmth and excellence our guests and members expect Delivering tailored padel coaching sessions for adult and junior guests and members, offering a truly personalised 1:1 service that adapts to individual goals, experience levels, and playing styles Leading dynamic, engaging group sessions that are as energetic as they are enjoyable--creating memorable moments on court through creativity, encouragement, and expert guidance Providing professional product knowledge and advice on padel equipment and retail offerings, with a natural ability to recommend and upsell where appropriate Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our padel facilities, ensuring courts and equipment are immaculately maintained and presented to the highest standard Taking ownership of bookings, guest enquiries, and on-court welcomes, always delivering a warm, confident, and professional arrival experience every time Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
