ABOUT LEVEL 7 PADEL CLUB
Level 7 Padel Club is opening soon in Ayr, Scotland. We are developing a world-class indoor, four-court, climate-controlled padel facility, designed to become the home of padel in the region. Our mission is to build a thriving padel community, deliver exceptional coaching, and position Level 7 as Scotland's premier padel destination.

The padel courts will open in February 2026, with the rest of the facility launching in spring 2026. The completed venue will feature a cafe and pro shop with panoramic viewing over the courts, high-quality male and female changing facilities, a luxury wellness spa, a HYROX gym, and an indoor running track.

We are now looking for an experienced, energetic Head Coach & General Manager to lead both the sporting and operational sides of the club.

THE ROLE
This is a dual-role position combining:

Head Padel Coach - Performing all coaching activity and player development General Manager - overseeing day-to-day club operations and growth
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Head Coach - Sporting & Coaching Duties

Deliver high-quality padel coaching for individuals, groups and juniors Design and implement structured coaching programmes Organise coaching clinics, tournaments and leagues
General Manager - Club Operations & Growth

Oversee day-to-day club operations Manage court schedules, events and programmes Drive membership growth and retention Ensure excellent customer experience Manage booking systems (e.g. Matchi) Ensure health & safety compliance Build partnerships with local businesses and sponsors Support marketing and social media Maintain a clean and professional facility
ABOUT YOU
Essential:

Certified padel coach Experience coaching padel Strong leadership and communication skills Organised and self-motivated
Desirable:

Experience managing a sports club LTA accreditation First Aid & Safeguarding qualifications
