We're looking for someone
sporty, confident and switched-on
to help manage our
WhatsApp messages.
Replying to customers, giving racket recommendations (full training provided), and helping them choose the right gear.
You'll also help with
basic admin
,
customer support
, and be part of the daily running of the store.
It's a proper role with real responsibility and a chance to grow with the business.
What You'll Be Doing:
Closing sales via whatsapp
Replying to customers on WhatsApp using messages, voice notes, links, photos, videos and product info.
Recommending padel rackets, shoes, and gear.
Answering questions, handling returns, tracking numbers, etc
Following up with customers and helping close sales
Keeping our customers happy and replying fast
Assisting with general admin when needed
What We're Looking For:
Someone confident, social and happy to talk to people all day
Into sport (padel/tennis/gym/football/etc)
Great at messaging clearly with good people skills as well as spelling/grammar
Someone who wants a proper full-time role and is hungry to learn
Bonus: experience in retail, customer service or sales
