To provide administrative support for the deputy Head of Sales and wholesale sales manager/team.
Day to day customer interface for wholesale customers.
Accountabilities:
Accurate order taking and processing.
Provide information to the planning team to ensure that customer demand is met.
Effectively communicate customer requirements/queries/concerns to relevant team members.
Job Responsibilities:
Opening new accounts and maintaining existing ones.
Taking orders/enquiries from customers and communicate to relevant teams within the business.
Update price lists for all customers when directed to do so.
Maintain and update P2P catalogues when required.
Maintain and update the info on SAP for customers/products.
Manage efficiently all correspondence with customers to ensure satisfaction whilst maintaining the needs of the Theo's business.
Engage with customers to maintain sales, but to also explore new opportunities (upsell where possible by offering additional or alternative products).
Help to forecast customer demand by monitoring sales and engaging with customers.
Produce reports and statistics when required for customers.
Support your Manager by completing any reasonable tasks requested by them.
Essential Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in the similar role.
Must be competent using Microsoft programs (Email, Word, Excel etc.) with the aptitude to learn new software & systems.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions clearly & concisely.
Ability to prioritize workload.
Must be able to work independently.
Reliable, hard working and excellent attention to detail.
Willing to learn.
