As a paediatric clinical support worker you will be working under the guidance of the nursing team and senior sister to deliver high quality clinical care to our patients.

To assist the nursing team to provide high quality care to our patients.



To work within the multidisciplinary team and utilize effective communication to promote excellent patient care.



To help patients meet their hygiene and nutritional needs

To provide the highest standard of nursing care for patients under supervision of a registered nurse. To carry out assigned tasks including direct care and indirect care as delegated by the nursing team. Demonstrate effective communication skills both verbal and non verbal. Demonstrate high standards in record keeping. Support registered nursing staff with clinical treatments and investigations as appropriate, to the level of knowledge and skill. Escort of patients to other departments within the hospital. Ensuring patient safety & dignity is maintained.
