20k+ each month into paid social media advertising

and generate 40+ car sales per month.

We are looking for a

Paid Ads Manager / Paid Media Specialist / Performance Marketing Manager

to help us scale further,

optimising Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns

and producing fresh creatives that convert into leads and car sales.

The Role

This is a

hands-on digital marketing role

where you will be responsible for both

paid social media advertising

and

creative production

.

Responsibilities:

Plan, manage and optimise

Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads and TikTok Ads

. Create and edit

short-form video content

(TikTok/Reels/Stories) for lead generation campaigns. Run

A/B testing

across creative, copy, targeting and landing pages. Monitor KPIs including

Cost per Lead (CPL), Cost per Sale (CPS), ROAS

. Use tools like

Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Meta CAPI, TikTok Pixel

. Work with our sales and finance teams to improve

lead quality and conversion rates

. Keep ahead of

paid media, performance marketing and social media trends

.
About You

We're looking for a

Paid Ads Specialist

who is both analytical and creative.

Essential:

Proven experience running

Meta Ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)

and

TikTok Ads

with budgets of

10k+ per month

. Strong track record in

lead generation, performance marketing, and direct response campaigns

. Confident creating and editing

video ads, UGC ads, Reels and TikToks

. Excellent knowledge of

paid media optimisation, social media advertising and campaign reporting

. Based in/near Manchester (must be able to shoot creative content on site).

Desirable:

Automotive marketing or car finance advertising experience. Knowledge of

Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Performance Max

. CRM integration and lead tracking experience.
