Paid Ads Executive (Hybrid Role - Immediate Start)
Role Summary
Rage Creative is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Paid Ads Executive to support our dynamic paid advertising department. You will assist in managing and optimising advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and optionally TikTok. Reporting directly to our Paid Ads Manager, you will play a key role in executing strategies, monitoring performance, and helping deliver profitable Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Responsibilities
Campaign Assistance:
Support the creation, execution, and optimisation of advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Budget Monitoring:
Assist in managing advertising budgets for various client accounts, ensuring efficient spending and maximum returns.
Performance Analysis:
Regularly monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide actionable insights to enhance ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
Creative Collaboration:
Coordinate with creative teams to produce engaging ad concepts and content, supporting the development of creative briefs.
Reporting:
Prepare regular performance reports, clearly summarising key metrics and trends to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Previous experience managing paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads (experience with LinkedIn and TikTok advantageous).
Strong analytical skills, with experience using analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics.
Detail-oriented approach to monitoring budgets and campaign performance.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Creative thinking with the ability to contribute fresh ideas for campaign improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field beneficial but not essential.
