Walker and Sloan are proud to be working with a Digital Marketing Agency in Bristol, as they are keen to bring on board a Paid Media Manager to the team on a full time basis.

Location: Bristol - Hybrid 3 days from home
Salary: Up to 40k

The Role

We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment and is motivated to make an impact. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with a range of clients - from start-ups to established brands - delivering data-driven paid media solutions that align with evolving privacy standards.

What You'll Do

Develop and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms. Leverage our attribution suite of tools to provide clear, actionable insights into campaign strategy. Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their goals, adjust strategies, and communicate results. Work in a supportive, collaborative team environment that prioritises learning and growth.

Must haves

2-4 years working in a paid media role Great knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Great knowledge of Google Analytics Knowledge of Google Tag Manager or aptitude to learn Account management/client facing experience Agency experience

Nice to haves

Experience with additional platforms (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Multi-sector campaign experience. Knowledge of Google Data Studio and Funnel We're happy to hear about other areas of your skill set that can add value to our company
