We are a Paid Media agency based in Cardiff, specialising in Paid Search and Paid Social. We are currently seeking a Senior Paid Media Executive to join our team and contribute to our fun and friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms. Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimise campaign performance. Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards, identifying areas for improvement and presenting actionable insights to clients. Stay current with industry trends and platform updates to ensure your strategies remain cutting-edge. Collaborate with clients to build strong, positive relationships and deliver outstanding results.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics. Knowledge of Google Tag Manager is a plus. Proficiency in using Shopify and other e-commerce tools. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Account management experience, with strong communication and collaboration skills to maintain positive client relationships. Experience with tools such as Google Data Studio and Funnel is advantageous. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Flexibility to work across different time zones around the globe.
