50,000-60,000 p.a. (depending on experience) + 20% Bonus + Perks

As our Paid Media Manager, you'll lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid media across PPC, Meta, Spotify, and more. You'll manage budgets, performance, and creative alignment to ensure every campaign delivers awareness, engagement, and measurable growth - all with heart.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver paid media campaigns across multiple channels Identify platforms that align with our brand values and audience Brief and manage creative assets with internal and external teams Monitor performance and report on KPIs including reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI Collaborate across Marketing to integrate paid media into seasonal and brand campaigns Stay ahead of trends in paid media, influencer marketing, and digital storytelling

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience managing paid media in a consumer brand or agency Strong grasp of digital metrics, tracking tools, and performance optimisation Creative thinker with a sharp eye for brand tone and audience fit Excellent project management and communication skills Confident managing budgets and reporting results
