We're looking for a talented Paid Media Manager to join our growing digital team - someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about performance marketing.
You'll take ownership of Woolroom's UK paid media activity across search, social, display, and programmatic, working closely with our external agencies to deliver high-performing, brand-aligned campaigns that drive profitable growth.
This is a hands-on role for someone with strong analytical skills, creative flair, and a proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns within a premium eCommerce environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
- Act as the key day-to-day contact for our performance agencies - challenging, guiding, and ensuring delivery against agreed KPIs.
- Develop and execute paid media strategies that support Woolroom's brand and commercial objectives for the UK market.
- Monitor performance daily, ensuring budgets are maximised efficiently and ROI is met.
- Use analytics tools (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Polar Analytics etc.) to track performance, identify opportunities, and report actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the wider digital, creative, and eCommerce teams to ensure a joined-up approach to campaign messaging and execution.
- Support campaign planning around key commercial periods (e.g. seasonal sales, new product launches, and brand campaigns).
- Stay on top of trends in paid media, digital innovation, and competitor activity to help Woolroom remain ahead of the curve.
About You
- 3-5 years' experience in paid media management (either in-house or agency-side), ideally within eCommerce.
- Proven success managing multi-channel paid media budgets and campaigns (Search, Social, Display, Programmatic).
- Strong analytical mindset, and confident interpreting data to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and conversion optimisation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing agency relationships.
- A collaborative approach, with a keen eye for detail and results.
- Passion for sustainability, natural products, and the Woolroom brand mission a plus.
