RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Collaborating with Paid Media Manager/s and Executives to develop and execute paid media strategies that drive client success
Leading the creation and implementation of client Account Development Plans (ADPs) within your portfolio to foster client growth and establish industry leadership
Innovating new ideas, techniques, and products to enhance client strategies
Conducting test & learn initiatives to drive continuous improvement
Impressing clients through innovation, knowledge sharing, and insights that exceed their expectations
Establishing and upholding high-quality processes for paid media fundamentals, including optimisation, budget management, daily checks, and best practices
Providing guidance and support to team members on technical queries across paid media platforms, resolving client challenges effectively
Directly manage a team of Paid Media Executives and Managers, conducting 1:1s and bi-annual reviews. Mentoring new team members to ensure they become operational in their roles quickly and efficiently
Monitoring team journals to ensure profitability and resource efficiency
Working with the Paid Media Account Director and Strategy Director to identify new growth and revenue opportunities across the teams client portfolio
Supporting and leading on new business opportunities as needed
Additionally, you may be involved in:
Participating in interviews and contributing to the recruitment process
Managing and directing training and development initiatives within the team
Advocating knowledge sharing across the organisation, driving cross-channel processes and tool utilisation
Innovating new technologies and ways of working. Monitoring market trends to support internal growth and efficiency strategies, contributing to the development of the tech roadmap
Overseeing regular and ad hoc projects within the team, ensuring timely and successful project delivery
Advocating company policies and processes across all endeavours, maintaining alignment with organisational values
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Degree-level education or equivalent relevant work experience
Demonstrable in-depth experience working within a digital organisation
Proficient in the use of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest Ads Manager and Tiktok Ads Manager
Expert knowledge of current digital marketing best practices and strategies
Proven track record in delivering performance in highly competitive markets
Clear understanding of cross-channel activities, their benefits, and how they can integrate and complement each other
Proven experience in developing client insights, anticipating future industry changes, and staying ahead of the curve
Excellent in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills, specifically Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and PowerPoint/Google Slides
Ability to consistently demonstrate innovation and initiative in approach and execution
Proven ability to work to and meet simultaneous deadlines, and to lead a team in achieving these deadlines
Impeccable attention to detail in all aspects of work
Strong mathematical and analytical mind, capable of manipulating large data sets
Highly organised with strong project management abilities
Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to negotiate, build client relationships, and set clear expectations
Ability to autonomously identify opportunities, generate ideas, and formulate strategies
Demonstrated leadership skills in managing direct reports, motivating, and inspiring a team
Experience in line management, including developing a team, mentoring junior members, providing training sessions, and cultivating a positive working dynamic

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there's flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
