Zenith Media won the business in 2019 across 15 EMEA markets by creating a bespoke client solution team known as Publicis Media Luxe (abbreviated to PML). The PML team is made up of Account, Digital and Strategy experts working from a central hub based in London, coordinating with regional Publicis offices. In August 2021, PML were also appointed the agency of record for LVMH in Austria and Switzerland, extending the remit to 17 EMEA markets. Publicis Media Luxe is a built up of a team of hand-selected individuals and we are always working hard and on the lookout for new opportunities to expand our scope even further.

Publicis Media Luxe is looking for a new Manager within the Paid Social team, a rapidly growing and successful team of 50+ paid social experts. This newly opened role offers an opportunity to work on one of the businesses newest and most exciting global clients, helping to deliver excellence in paid social advertising across a wide range of global luxury brands and markets.

The core role of the Paid Social Manager is to devise and deliver best-in-class paid social strategies for a selection of LVMH Brands. The Paid Social Manager will line manage a Paid Social Senior Executive and Executive to develop plans in line with client strategy, oversee the successful execution of campaigns and ensure smooth running of accounts. They will engage with and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to elevate our work, and will confidently challenge where necessary in order to deliver the best results possible.

The paid social remit for LVMH will include high profile campaigns and time sensitive activations, so good communication, excellent organisation and strong attention to detail are key. The Paid Social Manager will deliver on four key objectives:

Strategic Thought Leadership:
Demonstrates thorough technical knowledge across all paid social platforms including Meta platforms, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok, drives innovation and constantly refines strategic approach by executing test & learns, pitching and executing activity on new platforms, participating in alpha/beta tests, securing agency or category firsts.

Account Growth & Maturity:
Grows and develops accounts, consistently improving results, increasing investment and diversifying platform/product adoption.

Team Management:
Effectively manages client deliverables, developing techniques to appropriately prioritize and distribute workload and responsibilities across the team. Ensures client needs are met and seeks ways to improve efficiency through implementing new processes or tools.

Developing Direct Reports:
Sets challenging and stretching tasks to grow the expertise and confidence of direct and indirect reports. Provides on the job training, constructs compelling development plans and holds frequent development discussions to inspire and motivate team members.

Qualifications:

  • Ensure client strategy is followed and day to day campaign planning is in line with business goals.
  • Ensure activation of client activity across social platforms runs according to plan and free of errors.
  • Ensure your team delivers a high standard of work across planning, reporting, optimization, communication, billing, reconciliation and all other tasks required as part of running the designated accounts.
  • Clear and timely communication with clients and other members of the team, develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders: account planning teams, buying teams across all disciplines, clients, media owners and tech providers.
  • Define and develop your team organizational approach, implement and develop efficient processes across the team to streamline tasks.
  • Provide on-the-job training support for your team as well as opportunities for formal development and learning. Have one to one career development catch ups with direct reports and manage the goal setting and appraisal process.
  • Champion best practice and produce case-study worthy work.
  • Disseminate key platform updates to the rest of the team and actively contribute to cross-team initiatives.
Must Have:
  • Thorough knowledge and experience planning and activating large-scale brand and performance campaigns on Meta and TikTok platforms.
  • Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, desirable.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Direct client management experience, confident presentation skills and ability to engage a range of stakeholders.
  • Solution driven and innovative mind-set to drive performance growth.
  • Line management or mentorship experience, with strong evidence of delegation, teamwork and problem-solving.
  • Advanced Reporting skills; able to create and troubleshoot high quality reporting templates in Excel and extract actionable insights from analysis of campaign performance.
Will Ideally Have:
  • Extensive experience working in the paid social sector.
  • Experience working with clients in fashion, retail and luxury industries.
  • Experience with global campaign planning and activation.
  • Ability to design, implement and interpret advanced measurement solutions for both brand and performance advertisers.
  • Experience with technology, measurement and verification partners.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for cross-channel integration.
  • Experience using Prisma (Media Ocean) and the Facebook integration.
