We specialise in content creation, Meta ads, and email marketing to help brands grow profitably. With 45+ clients and a strong in-house creative team, we're building one of the UK's most exciting performance agencies.

The Role

Location: South West London (Office-Based)

Salary: 32,000 - 36,000 per annum + performance bonus

Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a Paid Social Media Buyer to join our team, with a focus on managing and scaling Meta campaigns for e-commerce brands -- particularly in the fashion niche. You'll work closely with our Head of Meta (Joao) to plan, launch, and optimise ad campaigns, and you'll collaborate with our in-house creative team to test high-volume creative at speed.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, work directly with fast-scaling brands, and play a key role in building Operexx's flagship vertical: OPX Fashion.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns (Meta Ads Manager). Focus on fashion ecom clients initially, expanding to other verticals. Collaborate with our content team to test, analyse, and optimise creative. Track performance and provide actionable insights to the client success team. Stay on top of platform updates and best practices. Support the Head of Meta in building systems and processes for scale.

Requirements

2+ years' experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for ecom brands (agency-side ideal). Proven track record of driving profitable results. Strong understanding of testing frameworks and scaling strategies. Analytical mindset -- able to turn data into insights and actions. Excellent communication and organisation skills. Passion for fashion/e-commerce and digital marketing.
