We're offering a rare and exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading digital marketing agencies as a Paid Social Media Buyer.

We are on the hunt for a talented individual, with experience running paid social media campaigns to join our dynamic media team at TFLI. You'll be working alongside (and trained by) some of the industry's leading digital marketing experts, as well as being co-responsible for a multimillion-pound ad budget. Essential Requirements

1+ years of experience in Digital Marketing:

You're confident navigating Meta Ads Manager and have hands-on experience running paid media campaigns. (TikTok ads experience is a bonus!)

Data-driven and detail-oriented:

You are analytical with a high attention to detail, often spotting opportunities others miss.

Strong creative skills:

You excel at creating innovative ad ideas that convert viewers to leads.

Problem solver:

You tackle challenges quickly and provide smart solutions to media buying challenges.

Target Focused:

You are motivated by achieving results, passionate about hitting targets and making business-wide impact.

Think outside the box:

You bring innovative ideas to the table.

Organised:

You excel at keeping track of tasks and meeting deadlines.

Experience running paid Meta campaigns is essential to this role. From there, our team of paid media experts will give you the training and mentoring to accelerate your skills and take your career to the next level.
