Paramount Digital is a fast-growing agency, and our Social Department is entering an exciting expansion phase. We're looking for a Paid Social Executive with 2-3 years' experience who is ready to step up and work across a variety of clients, industries, and creative opportunities. With clear progression pathways as the team grows, this role offers long-term development for the right person.
This is a primarily paid-social-focused role, running Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and X campaigns across ecommerce and lead-generation accounts. If you're also interested in content creation, UGC, influencer marketing, and where online advertising is heading, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Social Responsibilities
Plan, build, and optimise Meta and TikTok campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
Analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights, including ROAS, CPA/
CPL, CTR, and CVR.
Contribute to strategic planning and creative testing roadmaps while receiving guidance from senior team members.
Develop and test new creative angles, briefs, hooks, and messaging.
Organic Content Management & Content Creation
(Not essential experience - training provided. Included due to future growth opportunities)
Support the planning, creation, and publishing of organic content across Meta, TikTok
and other platforms to build engagement and brand storytelling.
Assist in sourcing and briefing creators, influencers, and UGC partners.
Help repurpose influencer and UGC content for paid ads and organic social.
Data, Reporting & Tracking
Prepare and deliver performance reports, highlighting insights and opportunities for
improvement.
Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, ROAS, CPA/CPL, CVR, and
attribution basics.
Interpret performance data and support decisions around testing and optimisation.
Maintain clear logs of creative testing, performance insights, and optimisation notes.
Collaboration
Work closely with Senior Executives and the Head of Social to execute strategies.
Collaborate with design, content, and the paid media team to deliver integrated
campaigns.
Take an active role in client communication, from attending meetings to delivering updates and supporting documents.
Learning & Development
Keep up with platform updates, creative trends, and industry shifts - especially around
UGC, influencer integration, AI creative tools, and TikTok-style content.

Work closely with senior team members for 1:1 feedback, skill development and
progression opportunities.
Role Objectives
Deliver strong performance across client accounts with consistent optimisation and clear reporting.
Support the growth of our creative testing frameworks and UGC/Influencer integrations.
Continue to develop into a confident data-driven paid social specialist with support from our experienced social team.
Play an active role in shaping the future of the social department.
What you'll bring:
2-3 years' experience in paid social, preferably agency.
Experience in managing Meta and TikTok campaigns is essential.
Exposure to both ecommerce and lead generation preferred (but not essential to have both).
Any experience in organic content or influencer marketing is a bonus, but not essential.
Tools & Platform Knowledge (Essential):
Meta Business Manager.
TikTok Ads Manager.
Understanding of campaign objectives, pixel events and set-up, optimisation logic.
Canva, Figma or equivalent design tools.
GA4 basics.
Project management platforms (e.g., monday.com).
