Trading for over 20 years, we are a privately owned business, and are experiencing phenomenal growth and credibility within the South Wales Region.

Our core business had always been the supply, fit and servicing of mobility equipment in the home. The last few years has seen us expand into disability adaptions including bathrooms, wet rooms and kitchens. With this in mind, we have a full time vacancy for an experienced painter and decorator to support our growing bathroom teams

The successful candidate will also be required to assist other trades within the company when not painting.

The works will consist of all aspects of painting and decorating, including but not limited to - painting and patching, painting new fire doors, painting frames, touching up door frames and architraves after maintenance, painting of refurbished rooms, painting new works etc.

The right candidate will be reliable, have a positive working attitude and will ideally live between Bridgend and Cardiff

You must have

Own tools Full site PPE (Some is provided by the company) Minimum of 4 years painting experience.
Requirements:

Preparing surfaces ready for painting by washing walls / repairing holes / removing old paint Mixing, matching and applying paints and other finishes to various surfaces Providing decorative finishes as the project requires Preparing the surrounding area by covering with cloth or other materials Ensure quality is up to clients expectation

What you need to have:

Previous experience as a Multi Trader or similar Domestic, Ideally social housing/disability adaptions experience A relevant trade qualification or "on the job" experience Full driving licence
