Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team at D J Decorators Ltd. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional painting and decorating services. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of various properties.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary. Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator or similar role. CSCS card is required. Clean driving license is essential. Strong communication skills in English. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
