Manhattan Loft Gardens (MLG), known as 'London Sexiest Skyscraper', is Europe's most ambitious 42-storey skyscraper featuring 248 Loft apartments, with three exclusive sky gardens. MLG is located within walking distance from Stratford International Station and Westfield Shopping Centre.

YOUR ROLE

Prepares and paints the surfaces of building structures, furniture and equipment using proper application techniques. Measures length of surfaces to determine quantity of paint needed. Plasters or fills surfaces, mixes paint colours to match existing colours and applies paint to all building and equipment surfaces with brushes and rollers. Installs and repairs covered wall and ceiling surfaces throughout the property. Hangs vinyl, paper, fabric and foil wall coverings of various weights. Maintains and repairs caulked, grouted and masonry surfaces throughout the facility. Requires caulking, grouting, plastering and setting tiles To monitor engineering decorating stock levels on a regular basis & communicate low levels or required items to the Maintenance Manager. To be responsible for using the appropriate safety clothing equipment and for following all maintenance instructions laid down by the Maintenance Manager. To take responsibility for any hazards whilst on duty Assist with general maintenance duties within residential areas when required
