We are seeking an enthusiastic Painter and Decorator, who is hands on with a can-do attitude and has high attention to detail.
Requirements

• Painting and decorating including properties and farm buildings to high standard.
• Painting and decorating of internal and external domestic and commercial buildings.
• Preparing materials and equipment.
• Responsible for tidying up and cleaning tools on completion of work.
• Other general maintenance duties as required.
• Travel between sites will be required.

• Demonstrate a proactive attitude and commitment to health and safety
• Knowledge of CDM advantageous but not essential
• Experience in a similar role
• Excellent attention to detail
• Professional manner
• Proactive and flexible approach to work
• Willing to take responsibility and ownership for tasks
• Ability to work autonomously when required, alongside effective teamwork and interpersonal skills
