Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team in beautifying various properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces.
Duties:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them prior to painting
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Choose the correct materials and colours for each project
- Cover surfaces with cloth or plastic to ensure protection
- Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements
- Drive to different work locations as needed
Skills:
- Proficient in English language
- Strong painting skills and techniques
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients
