About the role

Reporting to the repairs and maintenance Area Manager, You will deliver all painting and decorating for the repairs and maintenance team, planned cyclical improvements to assets and estates, providing excellent internal and external customer service in line with business objectives, budgets and growth for the successful delivery of the planned works.


This post will enable GSA to continue and expand on its status providing customers with an excellent customer service.

About you

Determination and hard working Understanding of social housing and previous experience in Painting and decorating fully competent NVQ in Painting and decorating Basic IT Skills (PDA ) Painting and decorating to a high-quality finish Responding promptly to customer complaints Ensuring all properties meet the required specifications
