We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes to ensure a smooth finish.
Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary touch-ups.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements and timelines.
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
Proven experience in painting or a related field is preferred.
Ability to drive is advantageous for travelling between job sites.
Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics are crucial for this role.
Experience with various painting techniques and materials is a plus.
