Are you a skilled Painter & Decorator with a passion for high-quality finishes and a keen eye for detail? Join our dynamic Facilities Department at Fitness First, where your work will directly contribute to creating inspiring spaces for our members and staff.



As a key member of our team, you'll ensure our clubs are maintained to the highest standards, reflecting the premium experience we offer across all our locations.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver painting and decorating tasks to a high standard across our London clubs. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, including working at height. Liaise with club teams and internal departments to coordinate and communicate progress. Prepare materials and equipment in advance to ensure efficient task completion. Use our CAFM platform to plan, prioritise, and record tasks and site visits. Support nationwide projects and be flexible with working hours when required. Work collaboratively with external suppliers and contractors on-site.

What We're Looking For

Relevant trade qualification (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) - desirable. Proven experience in painting and decorating roles. Strong communication and organisational skills. A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently, flexibly or as part of a team. Good understanding of health and safety practices. Comfortable using digital systems for task management. Full UK driving licence - essential (company vehicle may be provided).
