Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Ensure that all work areas are kept clean and organised throughout the painting process. Inspect completed work for quality and make necessary touch-ups. Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project specifications and timelines. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

Proficiency in painting techniques and knowledge of various paint types and finishes. Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to drive to various job sites as required. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

Pay: 16.00-18.00 per hour
