Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painting and Decorating professional to join us. As a Painting and Decorating specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality painting services to our clients. This is a Day rate subcontract position that provides working flexibility. The position requires excellent painting skills, the ability to drive to various job sites, and ability to work hard.

Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Mix and match colors to achieve desired results
- Protect furniture, floors, and other surfaces from paint splatters or damage
- Ensure proper ventilation in work areas to minimize fumes and odors
- Clean up work areas after completing projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their painting needs and preferences
- Provide recommendations on paint types, finishes, and color schemes

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Painting and Decorating professional
- Excellent painting skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between job sites

- Must have own tools
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of different paint types, finishes, and application techniques
- Familiarity with safety precautions and procedures related to painting
