Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee operations within our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in construction painting, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to drive team performance while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Duties

Lead and manage a team of workers, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals. Oversee construction painting projects from start to finish, ensuring quality control and adherence to specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and workmanship standards. Facilitate effective communication between team members, clients, and other stakeholders. Schedule work assignments and manage resources effectively to optimise productivity. Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills. Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or painting industry is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of construction painting techniques and materials. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to drive a vehicle as required for site visits or transport of materials. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
