Responsibilities
Utilise hand tools and power tools to assemble, repair, or maintain equipment and structures.
Conduct electrical work, including wiring, troubleshooting, and installations, adhering to safety standards.
Assist with the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Perform routine inspections and identify potential issues requiring repair or replacement.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored correctly after use.
Follow technical drawings, schematics, and safety procedures accurately during all tasks.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified timeframes and quality standards.
Skills
Proficiency in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and wrenches.
Experience operating power tools safely and effectively in a professional setting.
Electrical experience, including wiring, circuit testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and technical diagrams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Panel building or wiring experience is necessary
