Paralegal - Private Client Department

Bedford, MK40 1HA

Salary - 28,000 - 32,000 (depending on experience)

Full time or part time role (flexible)

We're looking for a paralegal to join our existing team as we go through a period of organic growth. The role will be integral to our private client department as we head into the next exciting stage of our journey.

This role will offer exposure to a wide range of client matters and cases and is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career working on complex and engaging legal matters in a reputable and growing firm.

What will your role look like?

You will be responsible for:

Working closely with and providing support to our experience Case management and client communications Drafting of wills, Powers Of Attorney (LPAs and EPAs), trust documents Document reviews and conducting legal research, assisting with preparation of client reports Assisting fee earners on matters concerning Probate, Estate Administration and Trusts

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to further their knowledge base and skills not only on Private Client matters but on matters concerning property and land

About you

We are looking for someone who has:

Legal experience, ideally within a private client department (although not strictly necessary) Experience with a case management system Strong client communication
