The Clean Energy Real Estate team is based in our Bristol office. We act as trusted advisers to IDNOs, connection providers, developers and funders in the development of clean energy projects focusing on solar, battery storage and EV deployment.
We place particular priority on continuity and fostering close long-term relationships with contacts and clients in order to provide pragmatic advice and commercial solutions to ensure our clients get their projects deployed as quickly as possible.
Purpose of the job:
You will work in the Clean Energy team to provide professional, pro-active, high level secretarial support on a broad range of issues relating to all aspects of the Real Estate services we offer. You will work primarily with the newly formed Bristol team.

Accountabilities:
To provide support to the fee earners in the team and assist in the work of the department
Undertake fee earning work under supervision
Populating first drafts of transfers, deeds and leases
Updating and reporting to clients and intermediaries on transactional progress
Conducting title investigations
Submitting searches and reviewing search results
Reviewing replies to a standard set of enquiries
Checking planning permission is correct for the asset
Completing registration checks before file closure
Completing transactions and dealing with post completion requirements
Provide an efficient and friendly service to clients
Obtaining draft indemnity policies
Producing report on documents for the client
Producing and sending out engrossments
Issuing and completing documents via DocuSign
The candidate:
We are seeking a candidate who has a Law degree and is looking to start a career with a prestigious law firm. You may have gained experience within a regional or City firm and looking for that next step.
You will have strong attention to detail to produce work/ documentation which is consistently of a high standard.

You will have the ability to contribute at an operational level, with excellent communication skills and can demonstrate general skills in:
