We have an immediate opening for a Commercial Paralegal to join our high-impact legal department. T his is a hybrid position that requires attendance in the Cambridge or London office at least 2 days a week.


What will I be doing:



Commercial Contracts: Draft, review, and facilitate the execution of commercial agreements with our growing customer base. Negotiate NDAs and similar agreements with prospective customers. Manage contract processing and amendments. Vendor Registration & Procurement: Support the contracting process by assisting with customer registrations and navigating procurement requirements. Operational Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Finance, HR, and Facilities - to ensure smooth business operations. Legal Research: Conduct legal research to support the team's complex deals and strategic objectives. Project Management: Drive progress on legal initiatives, streamline processes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the legal function as the company scales.

What experience do I need:



Law degree At least 2 years' experience in a Paralegal role (in-house or private practice preferred). Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Proactive, decisive, and a keen problem solver. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships across teams and offices. Experience with Salesforce software is an advantage.
