We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Claims Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of claims, ensuring efficient case progression and high-quality legal support. Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of claims efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate progression of cases.
Conduct legal research and analysis related to various financial and contractual claims.
Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and case summaries for review by solicitors.
Liaise with clients, financial institutions, service providers, and other third parties to gather relevant information and documentation.
Assist in drafting claims submissions and negotiating settlements where applicable.
Maintain and update case management systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
Provide administrative and procedural support to solicitors and senior legal professionals.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Key Skills and Experience:
Previous experience working as a Paralegal, preferably in claims management or a similar legal setting.
Strong understanding of financial and contractual claims.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and third parties.
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in using case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
A law degree (LLB) or relevant legal qualification is desirable but not essential.
