We are now seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our Eastleigh office.

The Role

We are looking for a confident and proactive Paralegal to assist our solicitors and barrister across several key practice areas. This is an exceptional opportunity to work within a respected and growing firm where your contribution will be valued.

Key Areas of Work:

Wills & Probate

- drafting wills, preparing probate applications, assisting with estate administration

Family Law

- supporting with divorce, financial remedy matters, and child arrangements

Civil Litigation

- file management, drafting correspondence, preparing bundles, and assisting with case progression

Desirable Experience:

Conveyancing experience

is beneficial but

not essential

About You:

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Paralegal in one or more of the listed areas Strong drafting, organisational, and communication skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage a varied workload and work independently Confident liaising with clients, courts, counsel, and third parties
